What method of cleaning does Christy's use?

Christy's Steam C.C. uses the only method of cleaning recommended by the carpet manufactures. Hot water extraction or sometimes referred to as steam cleaning. When performed properly hot water extraction is the only method that will improve the health and appearance of your carpet.

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

High traffic areas should be cleaned every three to six months. All other areas should be cleaned every six months to one year depending on traffic, spots, and spills.
